DataFlow PSV explained: process, timeline & cost

The verification step every UAE healthcare licence depends on — and how to get through it without delays.

Before the DHA, DOH or MOHAP will issue a professional licence, your credentials must be independently verified through the DataFlow Group’s Primary Source Verification (PSV). This guide explains what it involves and how to avoid the common hold-ups.

What gets verified

How the process works

Typical timeline

Most reports complete in 2–4 weeks. The variable is how quickly your universities, councils and former employers respond — which is why document quality and correct institutional details matter so much.

FAQ

What is DataFlow PSV?

DataFlow Primary Source Verification independently confirms your qualifications, licences and experience directly with the issuing institutions. It is mandatory before any DHA, DOH or MOHAP licence.

How long does DataFlow take?

Usually 2–4 weeks, but it depends on how quickly your issuing institutions respond. Submitting clean, correctly formatted documents up front is the best way to avoid delays.

Can DataFlow be rejected?

A report can come back with discrepancies if documents are unclear or unverifiable. We pre-check your file to minimise that risk.
